Brynne Terry, OTD, OTR/L, CEAS is an occupational therapist and certified ergonomics assessment specialist. She completed both her Bachelor's degree in Human Performance and her Master's of Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California, and her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Boston University. She is passionate about promoting health and wellbeing through lifestyle modification, the practice of self-care, and education on the impact of daily habits and routines on immediate and long-term health.
